I submited NIW 140/485 in July 2007. Now, 140 approved and 485 pending. I have both EAD and AP. Currently I am a postdoc in a University working with H1b visa and I will leave the school at the end of August. I got a consultant offer (I havet taken it yet since I am still waiting for better opportunity.)
I have the following questions:
1) I planed to visit China late August and ( use paid-vacation balance) and use AP back USA in Semptermber. It is safe since when I go back my H1b will be invalid?
2) If I decide to use EAD to work as a consultant in August, Should I inform the school to stop my H1b?
3) If I got REF during this period, how to deal with?
