I filed I-140 under NIW in Feb, 07 and I-485 in Jul, 07. I got my I-140 in June, 08. Now I'm waiting for the I-485. No progress so far. My hu*****and filed his I-140 and I-485 in Jul, 07. He's EB3. He's born in Canada. We got married in 08. He got his I-140 approved after we got married. Although on the uscis website, there's no visa number available for EB3 worldwide. He received a RFE for his I-485 requesting medical exam record yesterday. Does this mean he'll be granted green card soon? More importantly, can I link my I-485 to his?
