I have a friend who got an adminssion of undergraduate at conditon upon successfully completion of Intensive English as Second Language Program, last fall semester(2008), However, his visa was rejected under Section 214(b) in June 2008, and he went to re-apply the visa in July 2009, still rejected. After the rejection, he started a English training courses in China, after the courese,he took the IELTS TEST. But his IELTS score is still lower than the College admission required lever, So he still need to get the college admission under the condition of Language Program Completion. He plans to apply the VISA again in next month for 2009 fall semester.
I am wondering what particular questions the Consulate officer would ask him, what and how should he prepare the third time visa interview to help him to get the visa?
Also, he finished his high school last year in China.
