I filed EB1A 140 and 485 concurrently in January 2008. My case was not updated till 06/23/2009.
For 140, LUD is 06/23/09 and it is : Current Status: Case received and pending.

In most cases we know 140 is approved before 485 or concurrently with 485.
So is this an error from USCIS?
