NTERPRETATION: AP view of the chest demonstrates a few very small scattered calcified granulomas present. The lungs are clear of acute infiltrates or ssuspicious nodules however.
The heart and mediastimun is unremardable. the pulmonary vasculature is within normal limits. No cavitary lesions are present.
IMPRESSION:
1. Chronic change with no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease specifically with no findings to suggest TB.
