I have one niece which we adopted her just before she came to USA,she is 14 years old, is in US now with B-2 visa. We want her to stay here to go to school (8th grade). How can we switch her visa to extend her stay with legal status.
I have Green card. Please help me and give me a response as soon as possible.Thank you very much
如果B2六个月到期前，我们为他提交I-130,但怎末来算排期？怎样知道可不可以同时File I-485? 如果不能File I-485，那孩子可以黑在这里吗？上大学会不会有问题？
