请问最近刚去加拿大landing过的同胞们-我们现在是H1,H4状态，准备这周去加拿大landing,只待2-3天就回美。看到最后给我们的信上写着：You should wait until you have your Permanent Resident Card to travel outside of Canada. If not, you will have to apply for a Travel Document(Permanent Resident Abroad) before you re-enter Canada.
请问如果是short landing,我们是否要提交这份申请，在入境加拿大交还是出境加拿大交？
