My first 140 with a late priority date was approved and 485 was filed based on this 140. now the 2nd 140 with a much earlier priority date has just been approved.
Now I want to have the priority date of the 2nd 140 transferred to the 485 filed.
How to transfer this priority date. my lawyer said that another 140 has to be filed based on USCIS instructions. this 140 will be filed to attach to the 485 filed.
is it true??
