1. Prepare EB1A petition materials (05/2008-08/2008).
2. Submission of EB1A petition to TSC on 08-15-2008.
3. TSC received EB1A petiton on 08/19/2008 and deposit I-140 check (475.00$) on 08/20/2008.
4. Got EB1A I-140 receipt date 08/23/08
5. Receive I-140 Approved notice on May 26, 2009. The notice was approved on May 18, 2009
6. Submit whole family’s I-485, I-765, and I-131 application for adjustment status, employment authorization, and AP for travel document on Jun 16, 2009.
7. USCIS received on June 18,2009
8. Finger print notice on July 17-22,2009
9. EAD Card ordered production for Whole family on August 04,2009
10. I-131 Approve notice mailed for Whole family on August 07, 2009
11. I-485 card production ordered for Whole family on August 07, 2009
