Hi,
I have a friend who is in china and had a interview on July 29th for her k1 visa. The office asked her if she is a member of communist partyand she said yes. Later on, they said she needs to send additional documents to them:
1) a detailed resume
2) provide a written statement from current eomploer verifying the person does not belong to the Chinese communist party.
3) a statement includes the following information:
a) reason fro joining
b) Dates of membership
c) Any offices held
d) Why she remained a member
f) Any education or standard of living benefits gained by membership
g) Degree to which she accepted the structure, goals, methods and practices of the party
h) if she terminated the association, the date of termination and reasons for terminating.
My friend is really worry about this. She just submitted a request to leave the party.
My question, what else can she do for getting the visa?
