I will graduate this December and the company asks me to mail them H1 application materials now. But you know the H1 Cap will be used up soon. My question is
1.should I apply for OPT and H1 at the same time, or only apply for H1or OPT. 2.If I apply for both, and if my H1 get denied because of cap, will it affact my OPT application and my H1 application next year?
3, if my H1 application get denied because of cap this year, do I need to send application next year again.
