Question on I-824, Part 3. tbco2009-08-17 15:30:32

need help to fill out Part 3 (the purpose of this I-824 request is to change Consulate to a different one from the approval notice for H-1B stamping).

Part 3 has three Items:

1. Give the following information about the original petition or application.

2.
Give the following information about the petitioner or applicant for the original petition or application.

3. Give the following information about the principal beneficiary of the original petition or application.

cannot find any info for filling out I-824 from PJiang Lao-shi's blog.... can any Da Shi help?
