Now I meet problem with my I-485 application, please help. I received RFE and response it but it is said not meet the requirement. The new RFE is not difficult to make. But the problem is I am in China now and cannot go back to US to meet the deadline for RFE. So which is better, to just let they deny the case without RFE or write a letter to withdraw the case? I plan to stay in China for a while and may not to go back to US. My other questions are：if the case is denied, can I file another I-485 again with the same I-140 later? Will the denial affect my future enter into USA, such as H visa or J visa? Thank you very much.
