我昨天到邮局用EXPRESS MAIL寄AP 申请， 刚才在网上track它，发现以下信息

后打电话到USPS查问，说地址是PO Box 的 express mail需要收件人签名，而且只deliver 一次，要我打电话给收件人叫他们到邮局取。我想，那完了，一是不知道Texas center收件室的电话，二是即使知道电话打过去， 他们也绝对不会派人去邮局取的。有人遇到过这种情况吗？该如何办？只能等它退回？本想快些把邮件寄到才用Expess mail（我10月份回国，所以着急), 还花了17刀，没想到反而耽误事，哎， 早知道USPS服务那么烂，不到那里寄东西了！
