My current situation:
H1b the 6th year, will expire this November;
140 approved.
My attorney try to file H1 extension for me, but before he can do it, he has to file LCA (labor condition application for nonimmigrant workers). But this LCA got denied, TWICE! He told me that on the denial letter, no specific reason was stated. In another word, he doesn't know why they will deny this application.
Can anybody give me an idea what to do next?
