My hu*****and got layoff and he is on H1-B. He hasn't found a job yet and it is
hard to find one recently. He applied NIW and 140 was approved one and half
year ago. Our 485 is pending. We both applied EAD. I am working on EAD and
used AP already. I have two questions, please help:

1. If my hu*****and doesn't have a job by the time of 485 interview (our case
was transfered to local office already.), what's chance that our 485 will be
rejected?

2. If I applied for H1-B, will my 485 still be valid?

Any suggestions for our situation?
