7/26/2007,收到I-797C信,然后知道7/22/09收到移民局的信要求:

今天收到移民局的信说我哥的申请拒了.

Title 8, code of federal regulation, section 204.2(g) states, "petition for brother or sister.
1) Eligibility. only a united states citizen who is twenty-one year of age or older may file a petition of a brother or sister for classification under section 203(a)(4) of the Act.
2) Evidence to support a petition for brother or sister. I addition to evidence of us citizenship, the peitiner must also provide evidence of the claimed relationship.

haveing filed form 1-130, petition for alien relative on 8/8,2007,your petition was reviewed and gound to lack the required evidence to render a favorable decision. on 7/22/09, you were issued form 1-72, request for evidence ,and you were instructed to provide your household registry.
