TSC
PD: 7/27/07 NIW/485 cocurrently filed.
485 Notice date: 10/2/07
EB1A 140 RD: 10/23/07
NIW 140 AD: 1/23/08
EB1A 140 AD: 9/14/09 after PP
485s for my wife and me AD: 10/14/09

All the applications connected with my A# file went to an VO by 9/30/09. The
USCIS TSC was not so slow in processing my case.

Many efforts (calls, emails, and mails) to relink 485 with EB1A 140, but I
don't think they work in my case. Relink happens automatically, because it
happened before I made the relink efforts and got a confirmation from an
immigration officer.

One thing I'd like to mention is how to get the confirmation of relink. I
got it from a VO who is in charge for the PP in TSC. When I got the approval
notice (email) from the PP group, I just forwarded it to a email address
they provided and required for the relink. This way worked in my case.

Best to all of you.

Comments:
So many things in Chinese, but my case was approved. Don’t look down upon
your past experiences in China when apply for a GC. For EB1A, you should
show VO the evidences of international and national recognition.

one more message about relink:
When my EB1A 140 approved via PP, the PP group sent my lawyer a approval
email notice, and my lwayer forwarded me this message.

In this approval email, the PP staff provided an email address which is only
for getting feedback from petitioners. If the petitioner has any concerns,
comments on this approval or there is any errors in the approval, he can
forward this email to the feedback address. So what I did was just forward
the approval (with the I140 receipt number) with my request for relink or
interfiling to the feedback address. One VO might check my 485 case status
and then replied my email soon. This reply contains the VO's name, work #
and telephone or fax number. He told me my case had already been with an
officer by 9/30/09. He clarified that all the applications of the same
aliens with linked together automatically, and all the applications should
match with the A# file.

Hope this message is useful to people who may be interested in.
Good luck!!
