I submitted 485 in 2007 and I had Chinese passport back then. Now the Chinese passport expired and I have a Canadian passport now. I work for a US company in Canada they want to apply for L visa for me. When I apply for L visa they might ask whether I have submitted 485 before or not and all my I-94 record. I dont have any I-94 any more. Gave them all back whenever I left US. In order to cut the headache I was wondering can i say I dont have any I-94. lost old passport so no previous visa record. I need to go to US and Canada border to get my L visa. If I divulge that I have applied 485 will i have trouble getting L visa or not allow me to enter US. Or if i dont mention anything about 485 and just go ahead and get my L visa will that affect getting my green card eventually. Thanks very much! I know it is complicated.
