my case is eb1a. I filed 140 in the early of this August and gotten approved
in the middle of August. and then I filed my 485 in the early of this Sept
and did fp in the early of Oct. since then nothing happened except for soft
lud. after fp.
I am now having a trouble with IRS about my tax return of 2008. I claimed my
parents as dependents and IRS owes me but unfortunately I filed a wrong
form. so IRS thinks I owe them rather they owe me and thus I keep getting
bills from IRS. so my tax return of 2008 are still pending and I am now
trying to work it out.
My question is "Will this affect my 485 processing?'
