I want back to china for few weeks recently, and somebody mentioned by using advance parole,you can not stay more than 4 weeks in china.
Is there anybody use AP recently, and is that true?
By the way, currently I hold H1, these is a question on I94 asking about how many days you will stay on USA, what should I put in...? THANKS!
