来美国十四年才拿到绿卡， 真惭愧！
NIW, submitted on 8/7/2006, approved in june 2007.
my first EB1A, submitted on 9/11/2006, REF in August 2007, I did nothing, but it was approved in Sept. 2007.
My second EB1A, submitted in March 2007, approved in Sept. 2007.
I-485 (based on NIW), submitted in July, 2007. Relink Nov. 2007.
Inquiry letters to USCIS and Senator > 50. Waste of time.
Phone calls to USCIS > 50. Only one call was useful. 10/2/09, one gentleman told me that my case had been assigned to IO. He suggested me to call them if I did not get response within one month. Later on, I called USCIS again. Three people told me my case hadn’t been assigned to IO, my name check was expired, my finger print was expired. Those three nuts told me to do again. But nothing happened.
Inforpass, four times. Only one information was useful. My name check came back from FBI to USCIS. My opinion is one appointment with Inforpass is enough.
11/2, I got one text message by phone from USCIS. My case has been updated. Immediately I checked USCIS website and found my card production has been ordered. Approved notice is sent on 11/5/09.
