History:
1. Apr092007 PD EB2-NIW
2. Sep022007 AD of I140
3. Jul182007 submmit of I485 based on NIW
waiting and waiting
4. Jul2008 finally got Fingerprint (call USCIS several times during wiating time)
5. Mar2009 I485 (NIW) was transfered to local office.
6. Apr082007 Interview for I485 (NIW).
waiting and waiting again
7. couldn't wait any more Sep302009 Filed I140 of EB1
8. Nov092009 (39 days afterwards I140 filed) I140 EB1 got AP
9. Nov162009 got a letter from USCIS says I485 (NIW) was transferd back to LINCOLN, NE. (Haven't call any where this time)

Does anyone still have the derict calling method to USCIS, please tell me! I'm trying to call them to arrue they have relinked my I485 (NIW) to my new I140.
