I am filing to go back to F1 status in the same school and program.
The international office in my school told me to send my application to California. But my school is in Midwest. I heard that i should use the center for my state, which should be Nebraska. Is that right?
I am afraid if I sent to California, they may transfer it back to Nebraska and it will delay my application.
Anybody knows how it will work? Where should I send? Thanks!
