各位大侠，我想请教一下关于F1签证去加拿大回美国的问题。
我在高二时持J1到美国高中做了一年的交流学生。回国一年后又拿了F1到美国读大学。读大学暑假期间我回国了一次，时间大约为2个月。大学期间我转过学。现在我又转到另外一所大学读研究生。我的F-1已经过期。
我想12月到加拿大度假（为期10天），我查了ICE的网页（具体信息见下），说只要我有有效的I-20和有效的I-94表（我的I-94表为Duration Status)，去加拿大30天旅游，只要不是去签证，哪怕是F-1签证过期也可以不需要重新申请美国签证入境。请问这是真的吗？ICE的网站没有提到关于曾经拿过J-1和转过学的问题，我如果从加拿大如美国境时是否会因为曾经拿过J-1和转过学被拒绝入境？谢谢！

You can usually revalidate an expired visa automatically when returning from a visit of less than thirty days to Canada, Mexico, or one of the islands adjacent to the United States (other than Cuba) provided that you have a valid SEVIS Form I-20 and a valid unexpired Form I-94. However, if you meet any one of following criteria, you will not be able to automatically revalidate your visa.
You applied for a new visa and it has not been issued
You applied for a new visa and were denied
You have a terminated SEVIS record indicating that you are out of status
