我有两个I140，一个EB1， 一个EB2。但USCIS把他们都登记成second preference。我在最近push我的I485时，才发现这个错误。see follow：

According to your I-140s SRC****** (is for 2nd preference/China with a priority date of ******) and SRC****** (is for 2nd preference/China with a priority date ******).

于是，在高手指点之下，我打电话去USCIS询问和要求更正，并fax我的EB1 approve notice 作为证据。没想到20天之后，得到USCIS回复却让我吐血。
回复1：
The I 140 SRC ****** was filed as a first preference case， however, the adjudicator approved the I 140 as 2nd preference.
回复2：
After the examiner reviewed the information in the application, he determined that the application did not meet the qualifications for 1st preference and rather than denying the application, he approved it as 2nd preference.
这明显是出错不认错。请问高人，在这种情况下，还有可能申诉吗。我的approve notice 上明白写着 EB1(a)。
