a big company could give me an offer but assigned to a small consulting company to work as a contractor. After talking with the consulting co. I found I have to sign a contract with them and will be paid much lower (just guessing, I don't know exactly how much the big co pays the small co.), the consulting company will file my h1 and pay social security, medical insurance, 14 days PTO etc.
I feel sad, is it possible or how to negotiate a higher pay?
