我读了好几遍 130的填写说明，第一句话说,if u are us citizen u must file 130 for each eligible relative,然后在note里说，If your relative qualifies under paragraph 1C,1D,1E(your brother or sister,u must be 21 or older) above,separate petitions are not required for his or her hu*****and or wife or unmarried children under 21 years of age，按照我的理解，就是355包括了他们一家三口，对吗？请指教！多谢！
