I am fillingI-130 for my dad, who is China now.
I sponsored my mom in early 2009, and she got her GC card in mid 2009.
Here comes the question:
Under D. Other information on page 2 of I-130 filing:
2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?
I have to check" Yes".
If "Yes", give name, place and date of filing and result.
a) place:I am not sure about how to answer the question of "place"? I sent the filing to Chicago first, then was forwarded to MSC, then transferred
to CSC. Which immigration service center is the place I should answer here?
b)Result: I am thinking to put like this: approved from CSC on _____(date on the approval notice).
Please let me know your thoughts about these questions.
