Hi Teacher 863211 or Teacher Pjiang,

My dad is in China, and he is going to GuangZhou for his immigration visa interview very soon. In the letters he received recently regarding the fees: " As of July 13,2010, the application fee for immediate relative and family preference cases is $330,...The IV security surcharge-Which must be collected from all IV applicants is $74,.....IV applicants who have previously paid both the application and surcharge fees to the National Visa Center will not have to pay an additional fee at the interview...

I have paid the fees to the National Visa Center for my dad before July13, 2010 shown as followings:

IV fee of $400.00
AOS fee of $70.00

Since the amount I paid for IV fee is higher than $330, and I wonder if that's the same IV fee? or would my dad have to paid another IV fee at the time of his interview?
