only gives me 30 days to respond while I've already wasted 15 days because
the school was closed for the holidays and I just got the notice today.
Background:
Ph.D: Ivy League
Postdoc: Top 3 university
publication: 17 (5 first author, 3 second author)
citation: >500 total, but only 1 first author has high citation (~90)
media report: press release by a science center together with a podcast
interview, which appeared on 20+ other websites; a personal interview by a Chinese magazine; report on winning the Chinese award
award: a NY state award for gradstudent in our field; Chinese national
award for outstanding Ph.D students abroad; Co-I on a grant
claimed: publication, original contribution, media report, awards
RFE里面把所有EB1a的条件都列了一遍，要求符合3条以上，请问这样是不是表示遇到了移民什么都没承认就给了很generic的RFE？我原来感觉我的publication和original contribution应该是符合的，media report或者award比较悬。
RFE的最后还有一段，不知道是不是也是generic的,还是下面的是移民官真正要求的？
