My situation:
Application 1, I539, filed in May. Approved in July.
stupid layer filed same I539 in June -- application 2, denied in September due to duplicate filing. And get mail undeliveable notice email notification.(I was thinking USCIS send out notice to my lawyer and cc me copy). Called lawyer, figured out stupid lawyer did not notify USCIS when they moved their office. Ask lawyer notify USCIS their office address change, lawyer said no problem.
application 3 which based on application 1 filed in October. Approved in December.
Today, I checked application 2 on line status, this application 2 still in initial review stage and mentioned notice undeliberable.
Will this effect my current status. Appreciate all help.
