上个月从公司"A"拿到个offer，h1b transfer是那个公司请某个移民律师事务所来办理的。在办理了一半尚未提交的时候，那个公司rescind了这个offer。但是那个律师事务所已经申请下来了LCA。
过去俩个礼拜了。可是今天突然收到那个律师事务所的账单。说是他们花了labor在我的case，要我付500美金labor费。我极其恼火，这也太不讲理了吧。我回信给这个律师事务所说 我和他们事务所没有委托关系，是公司A聘用他们来做我的case。所有的债务关系都应该在他们之间。不应该跟我有任何关系。不该给我记账单。

律师事务所的账单信件：
I have attached an invoice for attorney fees. I understand you have decided not to pursue employment with Belcan. We are charging half of the fee as we did the work that was required in order to transfer your employment visa. This invoice accurately reflects the time that has been spent collecting information, submitting the LCA and preparing the forms for signature.
Your file has been closed and we are not proceeding with the request. Please forward payment at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

我的回信：
I should not be responsible for paying the cost. It is company 'A' that rescind the offer (xxx from Belcan called me to notify me that Belcan rescind the offer). It is NOT me that decide not to pursue the employment with Belcan.
It is not reasonable to ask me to pay this cost. Company 'A' initiated the process, but rescinded the offer later. It is Company 'A' that hired you for this process, not me. It should not be my responsibility to pay this cost.
Who hires you who pays you!
