I-140 approved and I-485 pending since July 2007, transferring from current company's one office in one State to another office in a different State, but doing the same job.
The questions are as follows -
1). How to answer this Question based on my status above - I am in the United States as a Visitor, Student, Permanent Resident, or Other ___(Specify).
2). Is the Question "I work for or attend school at ..." optional? In other word, do I have to answer this question?
3).How to answer this Question: "If not a permanent Resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on ___(date)"?
4). Do I have to file AR-11 online to change the address USCIS master database AND call the national customer service to change my address for the specific application that I have submitted and for which I have a receipt notice?
5). I am the primary applicant. Do I have to file ARs for my dependents?
