I just file NIW, then get another job H1b approved, since the company can not wait for me, I have to resign my present job ( at University), but the boss here who wrote recommendation letter for me think the content of the letter is not accurate because I resigned, so they write to USCIS office to withdraw this professor's letter saying very negatively and request the letter send back to them.

in the letter they only mentioned my Fedex number and the person sign the Fedex, my attorney concern that this letter maybe put together with all my case, does anybody know what the USCIS will do?

my attorney prefer to withdraw my case and file again later?

I want to know if I withdraw my case, what will happen? how much will it cost?

Thanks
