Whic service center should_I_use?2004-09-24 22:55:12

I plan to apply for self-NIW.
My work place belongs to center A.
My spouse's place belongs to center B.

1.Can I use center B to file NIW?
2. Suppose after months, I move to another state belonging to center C, must I
let BCIS aware of this change? Or can I keep silent, suppose I can keep the
previous mailing address?
