Come to USA by K1 visa but have a change of mind amy1234567892010-02-02 17:12:35

Hi,

I have a friend who comes to USA recently by K1 visa but feels like she doesn't want to marry the guy since she found he lied to her. My question is can she stay USA by change her visa to student visa(i.e register some English classes?)? or can she marry to another different guy?
