Renew EAD, No receipt after 52 days filing, What to do? beetle 文学城

I filed my EAD Renewal application 52 days ago,but still no receipt received,no check cashed. I called USCIS, they put a service request but couldn't locate my application. What should I do? I think very likely they lost my application.
