Hi,

大约 2 weeks ago, 我收到了USCIS 的email 说我的I-131 (AP) 被拒了, 所以我发了一个贴想问一下是否其他人也曾有过I-131被拒绝,以及可能的理由. Mr. Pijiang 教育了我一番正确的态度, 并建议我在收到正式的信后follow up with others. 几天前终于在大雪堆里拿到了来信, 结果发觉 USCIS 用我"已故"的2008 年I-485 来审批现在的I-131. 这个大忽悠搞得我过年都没心思. I concurrently filed my I-131 with my new I-485 this time, now sure how their mistake was made.

USCIS 信上说 "there is no appeal to this decision". 但是这个mistake 太明显了,我还是想给他们打个电话. Any ideas?
