The date on I-94 of H1-b visa wmh772010-02-27 11:38:00

Hello,I just came back from China with my H1-b VISA. On the new I-94, there are 2 days on the stamp, one is Feb 22,2010 which is my entry date, the other date is Class H1-b until May 10, 2010.Does that mean that I have to leave USA before May 10, 2010 or I have to file extension?
