EB1a I-140 DIY was approved in Jan 2009. I-485 DIY submitted in Feb 2009. Two RFEs are related to medical exam. In origninal I-693 form, Doctor didn't fill all vaccinations; in the 1st RFE, Doctor fill vaccinations in wrong locations. After 2nd RFE on Jul 2009, not any change until today.
Called 1800-375-5283 many times, visited Inforpass twice. Every time I had to wait one or two months to get a error and repeated again and again. But I found TSC director Information.

It seemed all Phone and Fax # and email worked. After sent a polite letter to David Roark, whole family I-485s are approved. They don't care the errors in my other family members' I-693s now.I know their vaccination tables are not complete.
