运气不好， PERM 被 audited 了2年2月， 今天下午突然收到律师Email说接到denial notice.
“The reason listed for the denial was that the name of the employer was not listed on the Notice of Filing. This is the Notice that is required to be posted at the place of employment.”
不懂这个怪原因，我Manager说：在雇主的地方的job post，谁不知道雇主是谁？
律师要求 conference call with 公司HR Manager，和我本人讨论 appeal strategy. 并说如不appeal，现在的H1B 在5月满3年， 就不再延长。 （上个公司H1b了2年，2周前刚file了extension. 一共才5年。 不是要6年才不延长吗？）
问了一堆问题， 律师Email里都不答，只说conference call with HR Manager and me 再说。 直接打电话过去，律师秘书总说不在。
HR Manager 说要先问公司自己懂的人再做下一步。
真很着急问这坛子好心人，专家，好早防心。
PERM denial Appeal 一般要多长，象我的情况，胜算多大。
感觉是个低级错误啊，是律师犯的，或公司HR犯的？我该整样跟他们好好一起想办法。
公司很大，很可能其他人有同样职位的approved PERM 又没用,我能用吗？
