I filed for my sister 10 years ago via I-130. Last year, I-130 was approved. We just recieved a letter from NVC to request the payment of $400/person visa application fee and file the affidavit of support. Can you someone tell me how long it the wait after we make the payment till the interview in Guangzhou US embassy?
One other question, my sister and her hu*****and divorced two years ago. Will this affect the petition for her and her daughter? If they decide to re-marry, would the previous divorce affect the petition for my brother-in-law. Right now, all three of them are on file at NVC and the payment request are all all three of them.
