Still have to pay USCIS in full for a stop-payment check? hibabjo2010-03-12 01:44:24

I filed EAD application last December. Two months has passed and the check was not cashed. I thought the case was lost by USCIS, so I filed another EAD in Feb. In the meantime I placed stop payment on the first check. shortly after that both check were cashed and of course, the first one was rejected by the bank.

I just received an invoice from USCIS asking me to pay $340+30(returned check)=$370. However, I do not want to continue the application anymore. Do I still have to pay USCIS $370 in full, or just $30 the returned check fee? Much appreciate if anyone can offer me some advice.
