请教PJiang, 863211, 及各位大师: H1B 6 年以后延期与EAD. dxnb2010-03-23 02:51:40

I140 approved. I485 pending. Curently on H1B status beyond 6-year limit. Need to apply for new H1B visa for new job title. I am wondering at this point

1) Are there any advantages to use H1B instead of EAD?
2) According to PJiang's guides, the H1B will keep people in status in case their I485 are denied. Is it also true for H1B holder beyond 6-year limit? The H1B extension is based on the pending I485.Once the I485 is denied, is his H1B still valid?

3)Once I used EAD, may I switch back to H1B?
