I have an opportunity to work in China (not an expat but should still be inside a USA company's headcount) for few years from Feb 2011. Will it impact my future citizenship application and green card status?
I will come back to us every five months (no longer than 6 months in China) and stay in USA for one or two weeks. But most time I will be working in China. And from my work started in China next year, I already stay three years in USA continuously and it should meet the requirement of 30 months continuous stay in USA for applying citizenship. Is it true? Do I need to stay in USA for more than 6 months for the next few years?
Do I need apply any paperwork such as N470?
