I just got married with a vietnamese girl, she is an American citizen. I have some questions to ask:
1). Before I got married, I was an international student with F1 visa. This Fall semester,I am also taking 9 credits as a full time student. I want to know,do I also have to register as a full time student next semester to keep my leagal status? If I dont take any credit next semester and I also can not get my conditional Permanent Resident Card in the next semester, am I illeagal? Will that influnce my permanent resident card in the future? Can anybody give me some suggestions about this problem.
2). Can anybody give me detailed processures how and what I should do to apply my PRC right now. What kinds of forms to fill out? what materials should we show to INS.
