Sorry I cannot type in Chinese in this computer. I need help and I am so confused about my situation that will happen.
1) I am H1B holder. I got NIW I-140 approved but haven't submitted I485 based on this I-140.
2) My hu*****and got EB3 I-140 approved and is using EAD at work.He also submitted I-485 for me, as a dependent.
3)Now I want to apply for urgent AP since my parent is sick. The only way for applying AP should be based on the I-485 my hu*****and applied for me.
The question is after I used AP, what is my status? still H1B or I-485 pending? Later can I submit I-485 based on my NIW ?or can I relink the I-485 based on my hu*****and's EB3 to my NIW's?
