我是美国公民，我为我姐一家申请移民签证，刚受到移民局要求补件的信。信上说要我和我姐的出生证， 出生证上要有发证的机关盖章。（ submit a complete copy of your birth certificate and a birth certificate for your beneficiary which shows the name of each of your natural parents. the document must contain the seal of the issueing office including the date of registration and signature of the registar.)
问题是我们这些六十年代出生的中国人，那里还能找到出生证呢？我们的户口也早已从父母家迁出去了。
请问我应该怎么应复，有没有什么可以代替或说明的办法可以有效的满足移民局要的这些补充材料呢？
