I was laid off just one month before my I-140 was approved. I got my I-140 approval when I was on vacation and severance pay from my previous company which filed my I-140. The HR of my previous company confirmed that my term date is one month before my I-140 approval date. But the end date of my vacation and severance pay is after my I-140 approval date.
Now my new company already started my new PERM application. In this case, is it possible that I can keep the Priority Date.
